What to expect on your first visit to our store

Meet Rachel and Matt - our store managers.

Collegetown Dispensary opened in October 2024 in the heart of Cornell’s Collegetown in Ithaca, New York.

Upon entering, you will be asked to show your drivers license. You must be 21+ to enter the store an make a purchase.

Inside the store, you will be able to browse our current selection of products. In New York, we have to keep all live cannabis locked behind glass, but you will find empty packaging of products on the shelves that you can touch and look at closer to learn more about the products.

You can walk right up to the counter and speak with one of our knowledgeable budtenders who can answer any questions you may have.

While we are required to keep all live product locked behind glass, we are allowed to let you look at and smell cannabis flower with our supervision.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept both cash and debit cards. There is an ATM inside the store that you can utilize to take out cash. There is a $4 transaction fee for paying with credit card. The ATM has a $3.50 fee. You can also pay with a direct bank-to-bank transfer with zero fees utilizing Dutchie Pay. To sign-up for Dutchie Pay, click here.

What will the transaction come up as on my debit card statement?

The transaction will not show as “Collegetown Dispensary.” You will see the charge name as Regala.

How can I learn more about the products you sell?

You can browse our product selection online. We also have a tablet in the store where you can browse products.

Can I order online?

Yes, you can order ahead online and pick-up your order in the store.

Do you offer delivery?

We do not offer delivery yet .

What if I don’t like to smoke?

We have a lot of other options like gummies, chocolate, pills, tinctures, and beverages.
